I am not saying they can all be doctors or other very high aptitude roles but I have no doubt they can learn new skills that will enable them to do more productive things with their minds than warehouse work for example. I don't have a

My Samsung TV does 2160p60+HDR and looks fucking incredible. I would use it as my main monitor if it were a little smaller.

Good. Humans are wasted on such mundane tasks. I am sure many of those people, given the opportunity, could do far greater things for humanity than picking books and consumer electronics off shelves and put them in boxes. However we need to

Just looked up the Fidget Cube. It is $22?! Yet the Stress Cube "knockoff" is under $5. It is a little plastic and vinyl cube with some switches. Not to mention the Fidget Cube is still on pre-order whereas it looks like the Stres

Yup this is my favourite way too. The annoying thing is that the audio and video codecs are supported most likely by the problem device just the container that is not. My Samsung TV (KS8000) supports MKV though which is superb for me.

Correct. This is a win/win for May IMHO. Any MP who votes down the deal will be committing political suicide if they are in a leave constituency (which they most likely are outside of London). Brexit will happen no matter.

Cool story :) You are bang on point when it comes to software engineering at what are thought to be "top tier" development houses. In the ideal world sure they will build the very best software but the real world has [unrealistic]

How do you even begin to deal with that much data per second? What do they do with it? Storing more than a few minutes of data isn't practical is it? Do they process it in realtime?

I feel the same as you tbh. Does the geek in me love it? Sure! But if I take that out of the equation and look at things as they actually are then I still feel VR has a long way to go.

This is what Microsoft Edge should be doing (innovating) and not just trying to cram in Microsoft services like OneNote. Honestly Edge is still such an awful browser and it is the default browser in Windows 10 which has been out for 18+ mon

Yeah I noticed that also. Seems strange to make such a mistake with so much attention to detail. Pretty design but by my count that machine would need to be a quad CPU (not core) system to support all that I/O. Where are those 4 CPUs g

Microsoft Teams was only announced in November, literally two months ago! I think coming in saying it has flopped is a little pre-mature. This article is a lot of words but doesn't really say much.
