Not that bad of an idea when most job listings making more than $40k has "4-year degree at an accredited college" listed as minimum requirements. Without that, your resumé doesn't even make it through the screen door. It does

I don't get much into the consumer side of things, so I haven't dealt with most of the brands mentioned in the article, but I have deployed 500+ Ubiquiti access points, some in a network with 5,000+ users, with mostly great result

I think the false DFS hits are an FCC issue -- I've used radios from multiple vendors, and any that have been recently certified (Such as Mimosa, Ubiquiti Airmax AC) all have false DFS issues. The older lines(such as Rocket M series) d

I am curious as to what issues you had with the AF5x. I've personally deployed about 50 of them with nothing but overwhelming success. The entire AirFiber line is some of the best equipment I've ever worked with.

Maybe security? Because if we publish maps of nuclear power plants people might use them to get the bomb? Not that I agree with that. A simple Google search would be sufficient for someone just looking for a location.

I would think that once we determine the cause of the thrust, assuming it is real, the design of the 'drive' might be improved to increase efficiency. We currently don't even know what characteristics of the device are causin

There still are infinite points of failure with SSO. Each service would need a trust relationship established with the SSO provider, any of which is a point of failure.

I disagree. I was recently in the transmitter room of a radio station and saw an interesting device. I asked the engineer what it was, he explained it was for ratings and worked exactly in the way the article describes. They transmit inaudi

Just curious...what's the big deal with a DSLR? I really don't even see a need for the complexity of one anymore. The SLR camera was designed so that you could see the actual scene through the same lens that would be taking the pi

I don't think the atmosphere is the problem with landing heavy landers like we do on the moon. For some reason I think gravity is the main problem. The only effect I can think of the atmosphere would have is on engine efficiency, and i
