   You're kidding right? Its 2018, there is no reason to not use https these days. With lets encrypt its not like its costing you anything.

   Far as I know, no. Asked this question on the issue page. Really want to find out as I have at least one server that could have been affected. Kind of frustrating that this is all the information there is.

   you dont really need Ctrl-R in fish. Just type the command you are searching for and hit the up arrow key. Same effect
