   Great paper Maria! Core challenge is uneven-ness of networks; ie if you're well networked, you know from whisper networks which VCs are value destructive. If you're, you don't which leads to unequal outcomes. How could we fix

   I think "10k not moving the needle" dramatically depends on your perspective - not sure the food bank that got one working laptop vs using mismatched sheets of paper would agree. Definitely massive donations preferable, but small

   So half the group HAD to keep it quiet, half the group were able to share - but not everyone that got cash chose to do so. Reporting back was done only to TED and tbh I never heard from them again. Only constraint was no saving, no pension

   omg! front page of hacker news. I am honoured. - E17 is an area of east london - I never, ever heard from TED ever again. - I would do this again in a heartbeat.
