I start off in a new job feeling pretty ok, but quickly it just devolves into procrastination and anxiety. I feel to anxious to open my emails so I don't reply to anything and don't get anything done. I actually took a remote job

Not great. I'm in my early 30's and I've never been able to keep a job for more than a few months. I never managed to perform to my true abilities. I've been to doctors and therapists and they tell me I'm not sick
