   I believe the plan is to increase prices. Cheap rides are to gain marketshare and customer acquisition. Not saying the strategy will be fruitful but it is a strategy.

   I was under the impression it wasn't even a real estate company since it only rented it's properties and then sublet them. It didn't even buy properties.
