Plan 9's file system was called Fossil, and it had snapshot feature. Fossil was backed by Venti, a content-addressable storage.

A great post. Note that the post is specific to C++ and does not apply to, say, Java. Java is effectively always paying the cost of exception handling, so you might as well use it.

Note that Coinbase does have lending business. The reason it's not visible in their balance sheet is because it's not popular. https://www.coinbase.com/borrow

CZ says the primary lesson is "never use a token you created as collateral", and Binance has never used BNB for collateral, and (by implication) FTX did use FTT for collateral. https://twitter.com/cz_binance/s

Note that public transports moving nearly empty doesn't waste much money: it's a common misconception. Rail is mostly capex with little opex, and fare is set above opex anyway. Tracks are already built and trains are already bough

Why haven't you muted Elon Musk yet? Do you want to see or not see Elon Musk's tweets? If you don't want to see Elon Musk's tweets, mute him right now. If you want to see Elon Musk's tweets, it's mighty strange

It happens all the time. I was incredulous too, but companies are really bad at hiring. For example, many companies may not even interview a very good programmer if they didn't major in computer science. I am not sure why.

I mean, Sonic doesn't store term frequency at all, so it can't do TF-IDF. It probably doesn't want to. If you need any ranking other than latest first, Sonic is not for you.
