The title of the article is just a big click bait. Of course it's not worth it using Grunt/Gulp when you are running one task at a time.

It looks very cool. I think that on nullable quantifiers (? and (how the fuck do I type a star on the comments)) it misses the optional branch (check http://www.regexper.com/#ab*c vs http://jex.im/regulex&#x

I was very excited when Facebook showed flow at @scale but I haven't heard any update on the project since. Does anyone know when they are planning on releasing it?

I don't see what the problem is. In Spain the rule is that you need a taxi license to be a taxi driver or you'll get fined. Uber pretending they don't need one is bullshit.

It's easy to get ripped off by taxis anywhere in the world if you are a tourist who doesn't know your way around.

If by "F" the author means F#, he has no idea of what he's talking about. The language is open source with an Apache license.

I had so much fun playing with this. Here's the code I wrote for a simple scala-like for macro for { rule { {$x <- $y:expr;} {$z:expr} } => { $y.forEach(function($x) { $z }); } rule { {$x <

We've been using rc versions in production code too. As they've mentioned many times when they say unstable it doesn't mean that it was likely to break, simply that they are free to change the API if they need too. Does anyon

TypeScript doesn't handle dependencies. The <reference> tag is just for the compiler to know where to find the type definitions you are using in a file. For proper dependency handling you still need to use something like RequireJ

We are building a webapp using TypeScript and Angularjs and we are quite happy. It takes some time to set up everything, we even created our own yeoman generator, but at the end I think it's worth it.

Julia seems like an easy transition for any Matlab programmer. The syntax is very similar and the built-in package manager makes finding new libraries way easier. And apart from that, performance is awesome. If having an IDE is an issue, Ju
