So the uni should relocate or build more extensive student housing? Not sure how that is a problem for the city itself. Not everyone gets to live in prime areas.

When that student wants property in the most prime space in the region probably not. Toronto already allows tons of new units(like this project) what more are you expecting from the city?

So your concern isn't the ongoing operation but that they start working with waterfront TO on these 12 blocks and leave before their ideas are implemented? Why would the city require more of them than any other developer? Any developm

I'm really excited for all the great stuff finally getting done on the waterfront in Toronto. Even before I left a few years ago you could comfortably walk from around the airport up to Sherbourne almost entirely along the water edge.

I don't think you understand what OP was saying. They aren't suggesting we try to bribe criminals to stop them from committing crimes. He is suggesting we stop people from getting into a situation where crime is seen as the only

I wear my Apple watch at night and just charge it in the mornings when I'm in the shower. I have a fairly active lifestyle too so it gets a lot of work tracking activities. For sleep tracking I use Autosleep though it's not fanta

Right so then how do you offset the cost of having to hire rangers to patrol the beach areas at night all year round? And how does that fix the problem where people just wait for the ranger to pass then quickly go and do what they need to

I live in a beach town popular with people driving down the Australian East coast in vans. The problem we have here is that these vans don't have toilet facilities so you end up with people using the bushes along the beach as toilets.
