Actually it turns out our "CDC", folkhälsomyndigheten has a report on just these factors: https://www.folkhalsomyndigheten.se/contentassets/2dddee08a4... Mostly in swedish.

I firmly believe that to be part of the answer, our "CDC" also said as much in 2020. Lots of clusters of infection popping up in parts of the population that lives very tightly and in large family groups, and those are predominant

That has to be scaling where you dont properly get rid of all the high-frequency bits of information before scaling, no? I have a hard time seeing this happen with a "perfect" scaling algoritm in the spatial domain.

Im using grafana+influx for my home automation setup. I wanted to use my grafana instance through my regular https endpoint on the internet, and I realized I maybe should upgrade it. I checked the changelog, and each and very version had ma

I love tracepoints, which is basically print-statements but dynamically from he debugger. Sadly I almost always end up in having performance problems, so I still need to an if or so to the code for the tracepoint to perform well. And then w

Land lines are mostly gone where I live, Sweden. I don't really know anyone who uses then, of course they do still exist due to some alarm systems and so on. As for ripping out the physical service entirely, I don't have any numbe

I totally agree. My sleep was somewhat destroyed from having kids. Not that I was extremely underslept, but my brain somehow stopped sleeping deeply it felt like. I awoke from every minute sound the kids made. Today theyr'e 7 and 9 and

Yes, yes, this is why I haven't bothered to upgrade my 2500K, although it is actually time now, since games apparently learnt how to use more than 1 core. I always went to some benchmark every year and saw single-core performance barel

All this is very sweet for some reason. I mean, its not the guyfs fault, right, its just the way he is wired? Now, if it would have been 'young kids' instead of 'feet' it would be rather more unsettling. And I don't

They need to pull the aft sideways while keeping the bow steady, that way it would angle slightly and then pull back. Requires no space behind the ship, and is likely the reverse of what happened...

I have to say I quite like Teams, and everyone around seems to, too. Although we came from Skype so might not say much. Also I think Planner is nice! :)

Hidden scrollbars are cancer. Me, as a developer, using computers pretty much at least 8 hours per day still struggle with finding that god-damn scrollbar several times per week! What about all the ones with even less know-how, or less pati

I have got auto-braking on my car and it has never once activated during the 5 years Ive owned it. It has warned with a beep signal I think 2 times when it deemed the car too close to other traffic.

Yeah, our "north-south" infrastructure is behind and it will take about 20 years to fully resolve, sorry it impacts you Norway! :) Sweden has an interesting problem where we want to build more wind power, but it can only really be

There is an engineering use for it, and that is to the see all the dynamic behaviour that other sensors might not capture. This is rocket science and they do want to know how the landing went.

Vitamin D is added to milk and butter in Sweden, even obligatory for some kinds! But that's because of our sad lack of sunshine for many months on end of course, so I expect the other nordic countries does something similar.
