Agreed. His bio[1] suggests that he knows what he's talking about, but without any in-depth explanations the reader just has to take his word for it. Doing something without knowing why you are doing it, based on what you read in book

That's a good question. I haven't personally run into that problem, although I'm not sure if that's just because I don't have any duplicates or if Everpix just fixes it automatically.

I use Everpix, which pulls in and organizes photos from Dropbox, my Camera, iCloud Photo Stream, iPhoto Library, and any other specified location (such as an email attachment folder) on my computer. It's pretty handy.

Legally purchase a $7 app and get screwed by the DRM. Pirate a $7 app and subvert the DRM using a Jailbreak tweak like xCon. It seems that this only hurts the legitimate users, as others will still be able to pirate the app.

Exactly, paying with a credit card is more anonymous than paying with Bitcoin. With the former, only the CC company, the merchant, and presumably the government can see what you purchased. With Bitcoin, anyone with a blockchain explorer can
