some do, most don't. wearing headphones gives way to the assumption that the person is listening to something other than their surroundings; their talking is probably directed at someone on the phone. hearing aids can be used as headph

yes, most of the economy actually works by privatizing gains and externalizing losses. in your example it would probably be you abusing the court system for something that it is not intended for yet obligated to handle

iirc more like that you basically need the 'loose mode' because most cpe's are bridging wireless and wired networks, but this then won't protect against the more serious shenanigans
