Speaking from experience, there is very little margin in drop-shipping so you need to do a lot of volume. To do a lot of volume you really need to be spending on ppc ads. If you pour your heart into this and do about 1mm in sales a year you

My job is in jeopardy for presenting this document in a code review. Most of the communication at my workplace is through teleconferencing, even when people are in the same room. I wrote this in response to the lack of specifications or out

You're right, serving size should be the package unless it is likely not to be consumed all at once. I have been mining the USDA nutrition database lately and have found some good things. However, I wish it was more specific and stringent.

I wonder if this is just a way to get around all of those horrible reviews. They'll probably put it up again soon with cleared reviews.

As a person in an office where gotomeeting is the norm, none of the executives ever come into the office and on a daily basis projects are given to programmers or graphic designers that are ill-concieved, needed immediately, without copy or

Is this CEO making enough to get by on? Often founder fatigue hits hardest when there is little money to do anything but try to recoup. Can he get a raise to increase his interest?

University is tough. That's why it is a rite of passage. Do you think that any job will be easier to get or less boring to do? Also by dropping out you'll be hampering your earning potential. Keep it up. Find other subjects to whet your app

I'd look into local user groups with monthly meetings. Conferences and hack-a-thons are really great places to learn things and write some code, respectively.

I think the experience of a college or university degree is well worth the time and money. You may meet others that have your same interests. You may be exposed to concepts and ideas that you have no concept of now. It might happen because

I think is skewed because those particular developers don't code for those platforms. I think there are just generally more web programmers (the bar is much lower).

I would look for something local and don't try to be a full-fledged adult yet. You've got dues to pay, don't be a mucky-muck about it. Ask you parents and their friends. Perhaps offer to help out doing IT things as a volunteer for a while.

I think these 'I'm european, I'll work for free' posts are a bit tiring. It is a very difficult proposition and if we take into account business rules and regulations it becomes much more unsavory. Why not just ask for a tour or find people

I agree with the PHP module. Why not Objective-J or other languages+ToolAPIs that exist now (and are not easy to install and get working).

I just signed away 10% of a company I founded. It was hampered by loans from the origination of the business 5 years ago. Had that orignal money not been equity AND loans we'd have been profitable 18 months ago. I was laid off in September

Well, first of all most of that code is straight C. Anybody can create a simple package to make 5 lines 1 line if you only want it to do one thing. Weak sauce. This is just a marketing attempt.

A good Portfolio is really key. I've pivoted from being a web developer to a mobile developer (iOS & Droid). I only got hired for this job because I had 3 apps in the app-store. I was passed over for many jobs that I was qualified for,

COBRA is ridiculously expensive. Go on ehealthinsurance and find yourself a plan. You'll be able to get something minimal for cheap and something comprehensive for mostly affordable prices.
