I'm not saying it doesn't work - just not sure it will remain as effective as it is today or as it was 5 years ago. I think the effectiveness will die down over the next few years. Repetition is definitely how ads succeed (convert). That

Good point. Though, I think that really works with physical goods. It definitely works with services (pointing at the massive box billboards) but online is still where you engage the service and the offline presence may become less and less

Right. People try to optimize cost per acquisition (actions) by just focusing on their campaign/ads and miss the other half, their landing page(s). Critical in improving overall performance.

Yup, that's exactly right. Though, there are good goals you can set up to help indicate that you are getting closer. If you set up a Time on Site goal and a Page visits goal, if you notice both of those goals working but no conversion to si
