My guess is upwards of 90% of users would not use features in MSOffice not available in Open/LibreOffice. Most organizations are "creatively encouraged" (ie. forced) to use MSOffice. Similar for SQLServer - Windows shops kind

The gun analogy is good but shouldn't there be more than just intent? Otherwise, a gun-owner merely frequenting a section of town known for crime activity would suffice as "intent".

You are not factoring in costs that will one day materialize. Believe it or not, one day many people decide they want to have kids. To send them to a decent school in the U.S. costs money. I've seen $10k for K-12. That's 13year

They're overdoing it with: "you want ownership of these intellectual property assets to be the property of the startup, not the individual founders" ... "means that nobody can hold the company’s future hostage purely on
