I'm sorry, but their post is still bullshit. It is incredibly easy to not harass and to not assault people. Claiming that things are "tricky" or "unclear" when they're not doesn't help anyone.

This isn't an ad hominem. You're saying that these things are hard, so what is it exactly that you find hard about it?

No, you come on. What is it, specifically, that you find difficult to not do, especially at the workplace?

Actually, it's very rarely complicated. 90% of those cases could be eliminated by simply asking the person before you go in to touch them.

I don't get what your point is. Are you saying that only those who abuse others know how to run companies?

Why not both? Not to mention, there are areas of the country which absolutely could not support more than one provider. Why should they have to suffer non-neutral net?

60% of the country's CENSUS DISTRICTS. Not 60% of the US. If one person in that district has access to the provider, it counts as the whole district, even though that's likely not true.

Then what the hell are you going to do? The vast majority of Americans have one option for an ISP. So they're not going to have an alternative.

I'd rather not hope and pray that they're able to do this. Plus, I know that in many parts of the country, they won't be interested.

If your ISP decides to do the same thing, where are you gonna go? The vast majority of Americans do not have significant choice when it comes to service providers.

They do. But that's not the question being asked. It is, should a hardware store be able to charge different prices for the same kind of shovel?

Many of those ISPs took government funds to pay for those networks.

Why should you get paid more because your users were streaming Netflix as opposed to doing anything else with the traffic? You, as a network provider, are already peering with other network providers, and so you're getting paid for (an

I honestly don't get your argument. You're saying that, because they didn't do it while they were under regulation, they're not going to do it in the future? If they're not going to do it, then why remove the regula

If we don't want those things to happen, why allow them at all? Why wait, when we can just say up front, "Those things are not allowed to happen."
