So what's the difference now between getting your news from there or from Facebook? It sounds like Google News is going to be the same kind of echo chamber that other news sources become :( Please don't take this as a criticism of

That's not a great rebuttal, because most of us who would be opposed to the ownership of things created under Chinese prison labor would also be opposed to the ownership of things under American prison labor. (I'd be fine with the

A lot of those Farm 2 Table and local recipes/kits would still need staples that can be more cheaply provided on a national scale. One could foresee a large, national company owning many of these local "branches", with their

Maybe these services should add an extra box of about to go bad vegetables, with a card that teaches you knife skills?

What about the services that just sell you the meal plan/recipes, instead of sending you the whole package? Or, now that you have presumably a good set of those recipes, just repeating the order in which you got them?

There are ways to greatly mitigate that risk. Being able to get affordable coverage for yourself and your family can enable many people to become entrepreneurs, or even go work for startups, that wouldn't be able to before.

Do we want the message to be that everyone is welcome to try their hand at entrepreneurship, or that the only ones that should get to try are the young, rich, and healthy?

Aren't the kinds of plants you can grow in hydroponics limited, though? I like having flowers on my balcony, and I'm not sure I could get the same stuff with a hydroponic setup.

"Does it benefit the consumer though?" Isn't one of the big refrains here that competition always benefits the consumer? This situation makes me think of the larger markets: We're wanting the short term benefit (Google p

I really can't see actual harassment being seen as a "fuck up", though. A fuck up is an accident. Harassment is deliberate. And, quite frankly, we all should be adults, and we should know how to act in the workplace.

That fear sounds silly. Especially because it's not difficult to NOT do that. So I can't really buy the idea that cracking down on harassment is actually bad.

Yes, at least the tech employers that most of us are likely to work for. And, with the repeal of the ACA imminent, this seems relevant: employer plans usually didn't discriminate on pre existing conditions. Individual plans did.
