This is exactly true. Especially on CUDA and the deep learning front. Basically, only option is NVIDIA as the competition has almost nonexistent software framework (maybe OpenCL).

Well the whole point of markdown is that it is simple enough so that devs easily document whatever necessary. As you know documentation is notoriously neglected by the developers. But this is not that simple. I doubt it will be adopted that
