I guess it's just my bias/skepticism because against flashbulb memories but this sums up my position: "Flashbulb memories are not special in their accuracy, as previously claimed, but only in their perceived accuracy." http://pss.sagepub.c

If you enable browser.ctrlTab.previews in Firefox's about:config panel you can get MRU tab-switching with thumbnail previews.

I think that's pretty misleading comparing Silk to Comic Sans. A more suitable comparison would be to something like Helvetica or Times New Roman. Ubiquitous and overused but still a dependable choice.

It's doubly funny when you look at the difference between "use knowledge to make an age-reversing potion " which follows with "use knowledge to build flux capacitor"

I've used Open Office in the past and advocated it to my friends but I hypocritically use Office. The ribbon for all it's criticism seems to be highly functional, aesthetically pleasing and usable (using pictorial representations that aren'

I must be uninformed about something but why is Pirate Bay getting all the flack from the DMCA; having their servers raided, going to court, this. Aren't there a dozen other torrent indexers to persecute?

Zero-tolerance, in schools anyway, is zero-thought for the administration and principles, having to deal with the grey cases, setting exceptions when they're education administrators not lawyers. I doubt a student who did a similar action (

Sorry are you serious? Why would a Hindu that is pro-arranged marriage be on a dating website? Arranged marriages were a severe form of keeping the caste system in tact but that's not applicable now. But then again your type of logic can pr

On a side note, if you don't know who Terrence Tao is you should read his bio. It's pretty interesting: child prodigy, math olympiad, Fields Medal etc.
