I'm in a similar position. At best, you can get rid of the lazy colleagues. At worst, you can take all the credit when something goes well. Somewhere in the middle, you could pretend the colleagues don't exist, and run the company

Every client thinks they're your only client. Firedrills become commonplace. Nobody pays on time because they never see you in person, therefore they don't humanize you as worthy of punctual compensation. ETC.
