I saw the same. My best initial guess is that this is somehow caused by cloudflare either setting the content-type header to text/plain or not setting the accept-ranges header. Or maybe both?

I've been working from home for a couple years, and I had this same issue at first. For me, it helped to make a sort-of ritual of ending the work day. I run a 'timer' script when I start working and run again after 8-9 hours
