I had to look into the meta tags to get a better description: `<meta property="og:description" content="Effortless live publishing for web developers">` so I guess the target audience is developers who do not know

I will second this! I have tried a bunch of them looking for a viable apt-get type solution on my Windows dev machine. On the Mac I can use homebrew, but Chocolatey was nowhere close to homebrew... Scoop is the viable alternative.
