The story of Mackenzie Fierceton is a perfect example. These scumbags in university administration could not care less about ruining a student's future. They have nothing to lose.

Before opening the article I already knew what is in there, and I proved to be correct. We have already seen all of it in Luckin coffee in China. So many tech startups think they are going to "disrupt the industry", never actually

You are correct, but if very few people care and the target market is very small, it means there is no business or is a very small/niche/difficult business, which goes back to the original point. It is no surprise that such invest

I am using a Samsung Galaxy phone purchased in Oct 2020 and it is still rocking. I don't see any problem it last another two years. Same for a Galaxy Tab tablet I own. They are not ideal in many ways but I don't have complaints ab

Have done some Qt5 development, can confirm. Qt is nowhere as expressive and flexible as the web stack. Not to mention the ecosystem, license etc. Most people trashing JavaScript, Electron or web stack have never done cross-platform desktop

You mean those books that have not been updated for years, with tons of deprecated APIs, using bad practice or confusing examples, and as a beginner you don't have anyone to talk to about the material? You may want to go to a public li

I guess you have never been a manager. There is no way you can manage 10 engineers and still have good technical knowledge of what they do and provide directions.

Sure, great for you, but most websites and most developers don't care about use cases like this and always use JS to "enhance" the UI and UX, however you interpret it. They (supposedly) need to achieve basic accessibility but
