From reddit, which is a very left leaning site, the amount of hatred and distortion of logic is insane. On one thread, a redditor proudly proclaimed that he distanced himself from relative who are "nice people overall" because the

I am pretty disappointed that React won the JS UI wars and not another framework. Angular 1.0 was I think the best framework for UI around and then then they smashed that with Angular 2.0 which went into obscurity. Probably Google's bi

The crazy thing here for me is that YC rejected you as a business with $1M in revenue. I think any business with $1M in revenue has tremendous potential.

I love coffeescript, I don't find anything else in Javascript that reflects the strict spacing of python and also shorten the code in a pleasantly communicative way.

I think the quality of engineering talent at Space X is probably higher. Having lived with and met a couple of Tesla Engineers, they seem to optimize for ability to work insane hours and accept lower salaries. The result is that Tesla does

This is not suprising. There are grocery delivery startups like freshdirect in NYC that has much lower delivery cost and they are doing delivery from outside of the city instead of inside. Granted, they have daily windows, instead of realti

A lot of people will make fun of this but it's pretty amazing to create something this late in your life in a technology that you did not live most of your life with.

High touch onboarding is definitely worth it in a service where people use it daily and there is a very high lifetime value for the customer.

I think this kind of degree is better given to computer science classes. Compute science assignments are easy to grade, especially project classes where you can auto-run against a set of tests. In the article, the degree is supply managemen

If you are using paypal and not stripe to start your business, you already made a bad move. After reading countless horror stories, the first thing I do is always use stripe for payment.

Wow, from +8 to -2, a lot of downvoting on this comment. All I know is when the first angular 2.0 beta came out, it was not well received by anyone including myself because of the vast difference in syntax (simple -> complex) which is th

Uh did Angular not get the memo that people hate the new syntax and typescript? This is how you turn the most popular javascript MVC framework to nothing.
