Not sure what expressing the cost of your current phone has to do with the discussion here, but I’m guessing this phone certainly isn’t for you. Some people choose to spend more on their phones, and some less.

Agree with the sibling comment. As a new father, nothing - and I mean absolutely nothing - can describe the love, adoration and reverence that parents feel for their children. To be understood, it must be experienced. There is simply no oth

WLB is truly awful in India. People are stretched and stressed out at work, in addition to awful civic conditions which makes travelling to and from work a nightmare. I am not sure how long this can continue.

Ironically you’re the one splitting hairs here. It seems clear that your definition of “modest” differs from a few others’. That’s about it, there’s no deeper meaning here. It seems like you’re trying to find disagreement where there is non

You answered why one shouldn’t trust their view. But that was not the question. The question was, “why should one trust you?”

The post asks a question and then presents a strong opinion with the confidence of it being a fact. There is a pretence of curiosity veiling a complaint. I think it is this perceived lack of curiosity, casual exaggeration (“10X faster”) and

Other commenters have made points similar to what I had in mind. The one thing I’d ask is this: > AI really helps make that feedback loop 10X faster Why be imprecise or exaggerate? Give the exact multiplier. Words mean something.

What are you even on about mate? Sure accountability doesn’t prevent all mistakes. Guess what, nothing prevents all mistakes. Accountability can help prevent some mistakes some of the time. It sounds like you’re suggesting getting rid of th

Instead of being curious why someone would make a choice you didn't, you chose to attack the choice! You might as well stick your fingers in your ears and go "na na na I can't hear you!" until you find a tribe of fellow

It’s WhatsApp. No one thinks about sending data to Meta. The world is much bigger than the HN bubble, where almost no one thinks about privacy implications.
