I worked two jobs - one full time during day and part-time during evenings and weekends. Both were dev jobs. I lasted only 10 months. The last months were really ugly - I was abusive, harsh to others, really unpleasant person to be around.

For me the main sign is the different behaviour. Left hemisphere is vile, ignorant and selfish. Threatening a doctor with death because he hurt you falls in the being sociopathic bastard category. This is my highly uneducated guess

and they are quite efficient - I compare garbage collection here in Seattle to Adelaide and in Australia it's only one person per truck doing most of the work without leaving a cabin.
