My company tries to hire women hard, but there are not many of them in the first place.
- mullingitover 12y agoIsn't 'trying' to hire women just as illegal as trying not to? I'd be pretty bummed as an applicant if I discovered that I lost out on a job because of my Y chromosome and not my qualifications.
