A curious question - why is Objective-C not used very widely outside of Apple ecosystem? I was playing with it for a while even before iPhone was a thing and I kind of liked it, but it's basically only for Apple devices. Nobody on Linu

I don't understand ELO and game ratings, but I find it funny that after about 10 matches, Google AlphaGo is now rated as 2nd strongest player in the world.

"Even we cannot read your e-mails!" Exactly what those guys said 10 years ago, and exactly what Proton is saying now. What is different?

We can also use "baduk" (the Korean name) for the game :) "Baduk" instead of "go" also makes googling something about the game easier.

I would bet there are more people commenting here on this submission than people who ever used Bitcoin to buy anything in Microsoft Store.

PageRank is still visible today?!? Where? (I am just curious, I thought it's not visible anywhere for years)

One common solution to this problem is "close your eyes and pretend it doesn't happen". It's very effective.

LinkedIn was never good. No seriously, I remember reading articles about their shady behaviour from the very beginning. They were never useful for any kind of social interaction and from as far as I remember, their website was terrible.

Nobody is trying to overtake bitcoin. If Bitcoin Core did the sensible thing and started to increase blocks and working towards that goal, no takeover would happen. Quite the opposite, Bitcoin Core is now taken over by developers from Block

I... am not at all sure if this is some kind of satire, that's trying to prove some kind of point, or not. At first I thought it's Onion-style funny and waited for some kind of "misogynistic" punchline, but it never cam

Mediamass is a terrible website. They flood their site with "X dying is a hoax", so they build high pagerank on that phrase, and when someone actually dies, they are first. So like content farms, only with deaths.
