You have to have an account for "creating" content. Not for infecting.

Basically, centralization is needed for deleting fakes, viruses, wrongly labeled stuff. Totally decentralized approach will have all the negatives KaZaA had in the 00s ("matrix.avi.exe").

In a fully decentralized environment, you would need to somehow know who to trust and make some karma/feedback in a decentralized way. Given that PGP's web of trust never really caught on, I am not sure if this would work. But may

Fully decentralized P2P networks are probably older than bittorrent (Gnutella, eMule, and their similar clones). The fact is people don't want 100% decentralized P2P network; people want the fakes and the viruses removed and so on.

The problem is to tap all of that into your phone, every time iOS decides it desperately needs it again, with just stars instead of letters. That's annoying.

Not everything works 100%. For example: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tibet http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tibet the color legend for the map works in desktop, does not in mobile.
