Retroshare has quite different use case. Also, it has terrible GUI and just too many features.

I will add that the article was clearly a parody on an Onion-affiliated website. I thought that was obvious.

I am not sure what you mean. If you are changing the password/registering, the password is in plaintext in the memory on the server anyway; it just has to be. So they can just mail it to you.

You are also listing websites that send you your password when registering or changing password. I am not sure that's appropriate. I know systems that send you the mail with your password after registration/password change and th

Yeah, I found that out too, by googling the name of the website. It probably works for ripping videos from other websites, too. I have no idea why is this at the frontpage. edit: yep, it works for ripping the videos from wapost too. pasting

That's a nice theory, but I think that's what got us into the regulation in the first place. People basically don't know the place, don't know the cabs drivers, and you can't really choose based on quality if you ar

I am sorry, but it's not "like a programming language". It's more like something that falls out from a compiler.

There is a difference between the European and American comics. US comics are more intricate and harder to follow, but it's potentionally more rewarding. This, in turn, creates more passionate and more religiously following fans. On on

Thanks. I considered using OpenPGP.js in one project, I didn't go so deep though. Thanks for the information.

Hello, maybe a stupid question, but any reason why not use OpenPGP.js? Is it even worse for your case than SJCL?

I love Bitcoin Payment Protocol (except for its reliance on the "old" system of CAs), but I am not sure what is the use case here. Is it just for payments where both sides use Coinbase? That sounds ridiculous, but that's what

Slightly racist observation about the sample data: there is surprisingly large amount of Asian-sounding and Middle-East-sounding names there. Not sure how the data was chosen, but I would expect more... white-sounding names.

I am not sure the "security/obscurity" logic applies here. It's all just GUI change, nothing is really obscured (as in not accessible). It's just more radically highlighted.
