I don't think most of the millions of iPhones and iPods that have been sold were purchased by people who buy Apple products on blind faith.

Radiant uses Rack::Cache behind the scenes, so it still needs to be running. I'm sure there's some reason it doesn't use Rails static caching, but even having used Radiant I'm not sure what it would be...

NoSQL will never die, but it will eventually get marginalized, like how Rails was marginalized by NoSQL. Is it just me, or does this statement make absolutely no sense whatsoever?

I've had very good experiences with Spreedly... you'll need to get a payment gateway, but they handle all the work of renewals, expiration dates, plan upgrading/downgrading, etc. They have a RESTful API so you can check status at any time,

I've had MacPorts completely explode in my face several times when installing a seemingly innocuous package - some shared library gets replaced due to a requirement, and suddenly every utility I've installed doesn't work. Eventually I got t

I think that Windows doesn't turn on power for a USB device until a driver recognizes it and OKs full power; I've run into this with other battery chargers in the past, and with other combinations of devices. Even though I have 6 different

I don't believe iPhone or Android devices have a user-facing toggle... there might be some way to hack it out, but I'm not sure. I don't think it's ever been used on either device, so it hasn't exactly been a burning issue yet; the stated p

You don't have to jailbreak to avoid updates - neither Apple nor app developers have the ability to force updates upon your phone. Both iTunes and the App Store ask for permission before updating your device and apps. There is the remote ap
