Wouldn't the biggest issue still be that C modules either don't work or are slow? I'd imagine it's much better to be able to solve performance bottlenecks by using cython/c than to have overall faster runtime, but n

As for storage, shouldn't there be plenty of hydroelectric dams that could run "backwards"? Or is there an interconnection issue you mention?

The bigger issue in my opinion, at least from the point that it's the wrong behavior 10/10 times, is that these previews pop up when you are just scrolling. Obviously I did not want to read a preview when page under my cursor chan

Easiest way to try/prove this is ride without holding handlebars. You can turn corners easily. Limits (compared to regular turning) are your lowest speed is higher (where you'd lose balance without holding handlebars) and the fact

It's very easy to try. Go up to speed (20 km/h or so) and press on a handlebar, away from you. You will "turn" to that side even though the handlebars are moving in the opposite direction.

Telegram, which I believe uses Qt, currently sits at 90MB on my macbook. It's not great either, but how much would a "Hello world" Electron app need?

It's insane that 100MB of ram for a "chat" client is seen as a good result. How did we get there? Is it really that much cheaper to develop desktop apps as slow and bloated web applications?
