If we are talking about fairness, what I described is more fair. 10% of income for a poor person can mean the difference between buying prescription drugs or going without as one example. However a rich person is going to have enough money

If we are going to massively simplify taxes, then it needs to be done on the richest rather than the poor like a consumption tax does. By rich, I don't necessarily mean rich individuals. The richest entities in society are businesses a

Other than Github's icon, I had no idea what the icons for the other check boxes were. I figured it out, but I would recommend using the name rather than icon especially since the names aren't long. I also recommend to start with

Yes, XBRL (XML) files. However they only give you the financials. What OP wanted was management summary, risk factors, etc which still needs to be parsed. Luckily many companies now will put anchors to those sections in the HTML.

I generally don't like the assumption that life had to come from space because we don't know how life is created and it appeared so soon in the history of Earth. That is certainly a possibility, but it also possible that creating

Many NLP algorithms, especially ML ones, are actually language agnostic because the input is either tokens or characters. The part that is language dependant is tokenization, normalization, and stemming. That part can be difficult and if no

The context of the entire thread is using money to "control" tourism which is already common. I have been to many places where tourists paid more or had a special tax. Or were required to have a local guide. The UN charter is spec
