I find it hard to believe that the FBI really did all they could to prevent serious crime that they caught on the phones. Doing so would most likely cause criminals to suspect the phone right away.

The issue is made so much worse because banks and the like are willing to withdraw money from someone's account with just the SSN and some other basic information. And the banks aren't held accountable when they give your money to
