I'm a heavy shell user, both interactively and in scripting. I'm a big believer in it and it can take you a long way, if you use it properly and realise its limitations. I haven't seen a few of these and they do look pretty u

It's true that bash can be installed on any Unix-like OS, but so can Python, Perl, etc, but it's not available by default, on OpenBSD there's pdksh, FreeBSD tcsh iirc, and on MacOS I believe the version of bash is really old

Interesting... I'm pretty sure I hold a golf club right handed, but I didn't play much and it was a long time ago so I'm not sure, but I used to play with a friend who was definitely left handed, and he was different to me an

Yeah use the mouse with my right as well, but I've never knowingly made a conscious decision to learn to use my right, how I use things just seems natural to me.

Yeah now thinking about it the "left=precision, right=force" statement does make a lot of sense for me.

I tried Firefox when the Quantum update first came out (this is on Linux) and it was still slow despite all the fanfare, but now at v63 it is really usable for me and I'm gradually switching over. (Update: I realise v64 just came out b

I really want to use Brave and I've tried it over the course of more than a year, here and there, and every time it crashes when I pin tabs, I haven't checked their bug reports, granted, but how is this not solved by now?
