When I was a teen I hung out with a SHARP crew in SoCal, we played D&D all the time. We had some members go to prison and they started up their own games inside.

Same here. I've lived places where it might still be 80F at midnight, but I still need a sheet.

Texas and Oregon are starting to look pretty nice. Too bad about the cannabis laws in Texas, though. As soon as I persuade the court to terminate my probation I'll consider selling a few properties and getting out of here, too.

I've never been a daily caffeine user, so I have a bit of sensitivity to it. When I used stims for productivity I especially avoided caffeine because it could push me uncomfortably close to OD territory.

to be fair, by "shit" I mean boring or uninteresting. The core components were lean and performant, no complaints there. However, it was near impossible to make new/exciting/relevant software for the WP platform if you

I remember. There was excellent Nokia hardware and shit software. The only way to get access to proper APIs that the other 2 platforms had was to become a Microsoft partner. The blame for that debacle rests entirely with Microsoft. They

This is one of the more important comments here, imo. Open hardware != free software. As someone who's been in the unfortunate position of having to work with locked down chips on many occasions, just simply having access to proper d

I can hear these sounds too. Earplugs definitely make it worse. I grew up in a small town right next to a huge military base and aircraft flyovers were a very frequent occurrence. To me the sound sort of reminds me of a really faint heli

I haven't quite grokked the whole paper yet, but the claimed efficiency seems fairly impressive. They are working with decent amounts of power though and I would like to see more research into biological effects.

Sounds interesting, I'd be curious to know the specs of the chip and any other features. I currently work with ATECC508A/ATECC608A, and they (finally) have excellent libs to use. I'm curious if the price/power tradeoff

Ugh, is this the cause of the weird bugchecks I've been having this week? Just gave myself 64gb page file and enabled full memory dumps so I could track it down in WinDbg. I always forget something on fresh installs...
