I swear my 75 year old mom doesn’t care about the limitations of SMS. White text on a bright green background is tough to read and straining on the eyes. Luckily it is only her own texts that are colored that way (even though she is on iPho

Thank you. Old school iOS SMS used black text which was much more readable. It’s as if I’m writing with yellow highlighter on white paper. Painful. Worse, it changes the color of (gasp) the iPhone owner’s outgoing messages. So as an android

People keep telling me this as an excuse but the original color scheme was more pleasing to the eye. The current color scheme is painful to the eyes. I know because I see the ugly green bubbles on my messages app on my iPhone. I also have a

This is a wonderful project. It highlights how silly Apple is. For those defending the existence of green bubbles, why don’t we swap blue with green then? Would you be okay with all your iMessages in that ugly green while your SMSes with An

Awesome project (as always) Adrian! Will MNX allow for inline comments? I don’t see any comments on the examples page: https://w3c.github.io/mnx/docs/mnx-reference/examples/ I know JSON doesn’t have comm

If you can’t avoid mobile, use an alternative browser with built in blocking like Duck Duck Go or Firefox Focus or Brave. It works great for me, since my phone can rest easily on my digital piano sheet music stand. Just avoid Chrome, since

In my experience, kids won't do homework for 3 hours straight, but they can watch iPad for 3 hours straight unless you tell them not to.

But they pick an ugly shade of green though. I currently have an iPhone 15 Pro Max and have also used Android devices in the past. I like to switch each time I get a new phone. Apple definitely picks an ugly color to make you feel uncomfort

Mid 90s qbasic was how I learned to program! My friend and I extended the nibbles / snake game ... I wonder if I can get it to run on your qbasic implementation: https://github.com/ronyeh/nibbles

Humans can eat it the same way. I just pan fry until it's crispy and add some salt to taste. My kids love fried salmon skin (along with salmon + rice + dry seaweed wrap).

Thanks for the replies everyone. I've loved and cooked on my cast iron and carbon steel pans for years but recently life got busy and I went back to non stick for some things (like scrambled eggs or salmon skin). I think we just forget

Wow I've had the opposite experience with my lodge cast iron pan. Butter is the only thing that allows my eggs to not stick. Olive oil and vegetable oils in general cause more sticking. Maybe we preheat our pans differently? Do you use

What kind of arch support do you need? I've found that superfeet insoles work great for my flat feet. I buy them whenever they're on sale. They also make my cheap slip on shoes last much longer.

Look up YouTube videos on 5 S's from Dr. Harvey Karp's Happiest Baby on the Block. It goes over very helpful techniques on putting your baby to sleep. Useful in the first couple of months.
