As far as I know this is similar to my partner's deal and the most expensive thing is a crown and only the fabrication of that is not included, the rest of the treatment for it is in the plan.

I'm not sure how true that is? Would like to see some statistics on how many people elect for private vs NHS. Myself I've never had private dental healthcare and have no complaints, especially since I am paying probably an average

There is still a divide in the UK - unlike general medical care, dental care is not 100% free at the point of use (Similar for optical care). Dentists can take a mix of private and (public) NHS patients or specialise purely in private or NH

The most amazing thing from that time for me was the first time I heard Defender, let alone saw it. The sound of those Williams games is as memorable as the visuals and gameplay.

I think you're correct for the simple reason that it's been shown people worry more about immigration, and vote accordingly in places where there are few immigrants, in comparison to places where there are lot of immigrants.

Absolutely, C25K was the best thing I ever did - Run 2x5Ks a week at lunch and a 10K at the weekend. Worked up to 10Ks about 3 or 4 weeks after first 30 minute run. It makes it pretty easy and I lost around 13 lbs from this alone.
