Last year the wifi functionality broke on my nest thermostat, and I lived without a smart thermostat for months! Google did replace it for free when I finally got around to making a support ticket, so at least for me it was a positive exper

I look at twitter discussions and it honestly like like a lot of people are just shouting past each other. I don't think anyone is out to win hearts and minds out there...

This method definitely keeps things fresh (no pun intended)! My kids are really good about eating fresh produce but I've noticed that they also appreciate rotating new things in every few weeks/months.

I used to worry that pen/paper wasn't the perfect note taking system because it lacks the searchability of digital notes - but over time I have realized that the primary purpose of notes for me isn't long term but short term.

Thanks for the insight, that seems plausible to me! A moving robot doesn't make too much sense in this application since the products and shelving is stationary. It just adds a ton of complexity. What's interesting is the Amazon s

I think people underestimate just how difficult it is to design and manufacture a printer! Paper isn't easy to work with, especially when it comes with all sorts of thicknesses and finishes. We expect extreme accuracy and reliability,

My color laser printer has been working well for years now! Each toner cartridge lasts at least 1000 pages (current winner in my printer is black with 1553 pages). It is a little slow to load big documents but I don't see any need to

I think drivers can improve over time as well, especially with assistive technology such as lane departure warning, blind spot detectors, etc becoming more prevalent. Luckily self driving isn't an all or nothing deal!

Yes that is my problem as well. I love my org files but it is too easy to make a mistake that can really mess up your file, such as deleting a heading line accidentally will then file everything under the heading above it!
