There's virtually nothing that Jay asserted in his first interview that stands in his 3rd or 4th. Magically it lined up with the State's case. For me that's an issue more than a blanket 'boys will be boys' statement

Much like the Steven Avery case, this case was poorly prosecuted and defended. The case the State brought was unlikely that what actually happened. In the Steve Avery case there was a healthy dose of the police 'enhancing / fabric

Someone please correct me - but I don't think that FB sells data. They use it for their own uses, and customers of their advertising platform can use that data to target groups, but I don't think they sell their data to 3rd partie

Tim's argument is simply that free is not free: google's business model requires them to monetize your pictures, through advertising etc. Apple's business model is to charge you for it.
