I see `dotnet watch` being mentioned for code hot reload which is such a great feature for quickly iterating on a game. Not having to restart the whole game just because one has changed a few if statements and values really helps staying in

I read that article a while ago and highly enjoyed it. C# truly has become a very good language for game development and since NativeAOT has become a thing, we will less and less rely on hacks like IL2CPP or BRUTE which transpile the C# IL

Thanks! That helped. Really strange though, that the slash commands inside the CLI do not allow for such a detailed configuration. It allows for the sandbox and approvals options but there's only "default" and "just allo

There's one really confusing thing in Codex CLI from my perspective. How do I make it run unsandboxed but still ask me for approvals? I'm fine with it running bare on my machine but I like to approve first before it runs commands.

Fixed some of the things, indeed. But don't let this blog post fool you. When using discriminated unions, Pydantic exports JSON schema with `oneOf` while the google-genai expects `anyOf` so that does not work out of the box. Also it st

Not so fast! Check this out https://github.com/googleapis/python-genai/issues/460 In my experience, you can only use Gemini structured outputs for the most trivial of schemas. No integer literals, no discrimi

Hi! I've been following your work on GodotJS for a while now. Really cool stuff man, thanks for all the improvements you landed in GodotJS! I think most of the people using Godot are not aware how powerful and ergonomic GodotJS actuall

Thanks for sharing your experience. Mostly very fair points. Yes, exporting Godot + C# games to web is not possible right now and it seemingly takes the maintainers quite a lot of time to figure it out. It's apparently an official prio

Can you please elaborate why you think C# is not really well integrated into Godot? I'm using it myself and it seems fine to me. There's quite a community around Godot + C# check out https://chickensoft.games as well.

Is the GC in C# actually that much of a problem? Slay the Spire 2 is made with Godot + C# and the devs seem to be fine with it. Of course, it's probably not a computationally very demanding game but still the GC in C# does not seem to

Why use an extra tool, when you can tell the LLM where the Godot source is to be found in case it wants to investigate some details? What is the benefit of using repomix?

How well has your vibecoding with Godot worked? I thought about it but wouldn't the LLM be unable to add files by itself due to stuff only the Godot editor knows how to do like generating uid files and so on? I would have expected that

Just curious, wouldn't it be easier to download the docs in a format that is searchable for the LLM? A MCP for this seems overkill to me.

How's a database being columnar irrelevant to vector search? This very vector search extension shows that brute force search can work surprisingly well up to a certain dataset size and at this point columnar storage is great because it
