CSS beats graphics because it can be changed programatically. Browser supporting, _all_ the parameters can be changed to suit the rest of the UI. If the designer writes their CSS in browser like I do, it's instantaneous and immensely powerf

Same reaction here. Actually made me remove a filter I had to trash all chats. Saving, resources allowing, from here on out.

That tweet frustrates the hell out of me. Am I wrong to read "tech geniuses" as kind of condescending?

Is this a testament to the innovation of the Hotmail team or the non-savvy of its userbase? Honest question.

I understand the sentiment and don't use it on personal sites. For apps, though, I don't quite have the confidence that my users will know to open external links in new tabs.

Valid point, but _fit into_ and _wear_ are different things. Most skinny people don't like swimming in their clothes.

Ugh, I hate what these instant-private-beta scripts have done to the web app landscape. I know this one is a joke and I appreciate that, but it's frustrating that my legitimate app may be losing potential users because they're burned out by

Might be a moot point for this app, since it only _appends_ arbitrary CSS and doesn't modify the existing. That's a good question, though. I bet the WordPress GPL decision might have some relevance to it.
