Agreed, it's not very cheap for Romania, but the ratio between salaries and blood test prices is better than in other Western countries, assuming prices have not changed significantly in the past few years.

Roughly the same in the UK, at least in my experience. In Romania, getting blood work is very common, even for trivial things. A few years back it was also very cheap, about 20-30 euros for the basics.

As far as I've read (I think on HN), Chinese surveillance systems can identify people very well even when wearing masks. I've personally been able to distinguish various acquaintances with their faces covered in various contexts (

How could that possibly be the problem? This maybe _was_ the problem in the beginning of the pandemic. Now, it's in the general population and will spread even if you ban all airplanes and repurpose airports into petting zoos.

I am sorry, but convinced I am not. Most of the arguments against high CEO wages seem to completely forget about the capitalism we live in. I do not think the current system is the perfect, but for better or worse, the rules are relatively

I have never seen a speed pedlec on a bike lane inside the city. I can't even remember the last time I saw one in the city generally speaking, as they don't seem to be extremely popular. There used to be a way bigger problem with

There are two types of ebikes, and the law draws a distinction between them. There are pedlecs (25kmph) and s-pedlecs (45kmph). The s-pedlecs have a license plate and are illegal on most cycle lanes. The only place where they would be legal

I see this argument all the time and it feels like I must be missing something. There is no way people actually believe the whole world can go Dutch, right? I hope this doesn't come across as overly-aggressive, but it seems to me like

Arguman is indeed an interesting platform, but I also feel like it is almost impossible to reach any sort of conclusion on it. For example, https://en.arguman.org/there-is-no-such-thing-as-global-warm... . Every argument, go

Thank you for your reply. I am way less experienced than you are, and yet I can't help but feel that your experience is somewhat atypical. I never had a bad trip myself, but I can definitely see how one could happen. Given high doses

Thank you for offering to answer questions. 1. After so many trips, I am wondering if you've seen any negative effects? Anything like DR/DP, HPPD, depression etc.? 2. Have you tried other substances? If so, any preferences? Why do
