Realistically, what is the other option? Seems that would be just as expensive and risk public attention (even if its completely false).

He's been "laying the ground work" long before this happened, not at all the first time he's taken shots at "leftists." Insider says they contacted him 9am yesterday.

Fair. I think it just comes down to preference. Not sure if you can say one is better than the other. I had always just assumed everywhere had AC. Oddly enough, seemed like lots of buildings had it while the houses/apartments didn&

Yep, that's another good example. Plumbing has always been an issue in the older houses I've been in mostly because it's next to impossible to change it.

Haha nice, respectable, you're crazy for that though! Perhaps its the climate too though. There's a cottage I stay at sometimes and it's so old, has no AC and practically suicidal when there's humidity.

I used to think this was silly advice but every day I only agree with it more and more. Something about online comments (twitter in particular) gives off the vibe that they're more reactions than well thought out comments.

What sort of structures? And how are you deciding "nice" ? I do believe you, its just when I think of a nice structure to live in, good HVAC is a must and lots of place in Europe simply don't have AC... can't speak as to

Very respectable. On a side note though, I often see people complain about how things aren't "built to last" anymore and sometimes I wonder (as a person naive to construction) is that even a good thing? I've lived in a

This just demonstrates how silly ESG really is. Could really care less if a company has an active PR effort. Who even says that's a good thing? Can't count the number of tone deaf press releases that just make the company look

ESG reminds me of those awards that are basically pay to play. Seems like you get a high ESG if you just check some boxes and play nice. Completely subjective/ridiculous metric.
