Not easy though, the US has to basically allow it.

Assuming these end up in open source code llms will learn about them that way.

And assuming people want deeper integration is the browser even the right level of abstraction? Arguably it would be better to have something that was operating at the OS level, like siri/gemini assistant style.

To include discord you have to extend it to messaging services. To include Roblox it should be all online games with chat.

Yeah the example they gave does feel like pretty isolated unit test territory, or at least an integration test on a subset of the system that could be ran in isolation.

It would be a waste of time to develop right now, if it isn't on starship it would be a dead end in terms of progress. So they are better off just waiting until starship can be sent.

Was it actually a cut or was it not renewing something that was expiring? A bill to fund the government seems like the wrong place to be debating new spending.

AI PR reviews do end up providing useful comments. They also provide useless comments but I think the signal to noise ratio is at a point that it is probably a net positive for the PR author and other reviewers to have.

I liked the leaderboard prior to AI. Was fun to click through to various profiles and see who was in there and what their solutions looked like.

New Glen was meant to fly something around 6 times this year. At this point the best they will do is one additional launch to go with their first launch in January. Hard to see them doing any better timeline wise than SpaceX.

Training aside, an llm reading a pdf as part of a prompt feels similar to say Dropbox storing a pdf for you.

Sure you could end up with occasional misinformation, but the speed at which you can get information more than makes up for it. Niche topics that would otherwise take hours or days to pull together and summar ise obscure sources takes minut

Seems like a good benchmark for AGI. Start with things that are easy for humans but hard for LLMs currently.

They will either pay for it to be generated or get good enough at producing synthetic data that actually improves LLM quality.

It can get you 80% of the way there, you can still be exacting in telling it where it went wrong or fine tuning the result by hand.

This is the Australian system as well. A lot cheaper for the government to collect with the tradeoff that small no name Chinese sellers can pretty much ignore it without penalty.

Kind of. People can always refuse to pay it and charge back. I'd imagine the US is about to have a massive amount of unclaimed parcels to deal with.

The problem is more our lack of ability to build them quickly and in a cost effective way. An investment in solar will much more reliably and quickly turn into a certain amount of power generation. Hopefully this changes once every nuclear

Nothing to loose if the process for the first one goes nowhere. Use a separate company/ address/ bank account. A past company I worked for had multiple accounts and eBay didn't seem to be on top of this anywhere near as much

Yeah seem fair, as long as they also check the terms of service for every site on the internet to see if they can use the content for training.

It is interesting that they both licence content and say it is fair use. Seems like those who complain the loudest will get something for their content and everyone else will get nothing.

Because the mission profile has been intentionally sub orbital to avoid any possibility of uncontrolled reentry. There would be minimal change in the burn for the last 2 flights to place it in orbit.
