This seems like a situation where they came up with the wrong solution to the problem. The great engineering leader refers people who don't make it through the technical interview. So the supposition is that "The company is missin

They aren't but the nature of the process is "Everyone gets an opinion" that takes a lot of time. So they spent over a year soliciting opinions, sorting out legal issues etc, and came up with "we need some kind of autho

Privacy still has a place, this would not keep someone from knowing what corporation owns a domain - and will not keep the government or other interested parties from finding that out. Privacy services still act as an impediment to keep ow

In the short term WHOIS is going to be limited to just the registrant organization, state, country and a masked email address (Admin and Technical fields will be removed save email). This is short term to come into compliance with GDPR. Lo

Visa/MC/AMEX make a MASSIVE amount of money on Fraud - it's in their interest to perpetuate it. I've experienced this myself with > 6 figures in CC fraud in a month. Here is the financial break down: Every time a cust

It appears this issue was brought up previously on Feb 21. So you've got a group of people who already raised the issue seeing it happening again. They may have been more reserved on the first go around but I can empathize with them se

I would have expected that, however, I think their "cheap" device is what a echo costs. What's dissapointing is that lots of small assistants in you house also opens up tons of possibilities. I think their are some interestin

It seems like its straight out of their playbook. They've laid some groundwork, perhaps collect some data on things the device gets asked and next year release massive upgrades. I feel its a bit of too little to late, but it is their
