Oh man, I'm going to be screwed by the time I hit 30, at 27 I've been listening to music about 7+ hours (realistically) a day, at about 40-50% volume, for the last 9 years. Maybe someone will invent a bionic ear?!?

From reading the linked article, it read to me like the complaint asserts that VMKernel itself is a violation of the GPL. If I'm wrong, please feel free to correct me, but these statements seems to point in this direction Conserv

I can't understand why anyone would give any entity access to their email, it's really baffling. I personally see LinkedIn as horrible, and deleted my account long ago. They don't let you restrict who can view your profile, a

To me that sounds like your school's sysadmin team is to blame, they don't seem to have figured out SSO. Both schools I've gone to (undergrad and graduate) had perfect Gapps integration, and both work perfectly in Chrome.

Cox is a great provider in AZ, and in fact, in Tucson I don't think Comcast is allowed to sell in the city, only the county (if you actually live in the city, as most of my family does, your only options are Cox and Century Link). I&#x

Most of the time, in my opinion, and from my experience, is that non-functional requirements are never defined from their business analysts, and it's the same in many places. A lot of places won't define performance requirements,

It is by definition Slander/Defamation (depending on the medium) to make a provable statement against someone else without substantiation. Meaning, if you claim someone is AKA someone else, that is a provable statement . Saying so

I don't think it's unfair at all to ask a multi-billion dollar company that doesn't compete with anyone to compete with someone . Comcast alone reported a $1,900,000,000 PROFIT in the first 3 months of 2014. To paraphr

You're one person, there are 300,000,000 others that matter as well, and it's an established fact that Comcast, as a whole, is a horrible company. Their customer service is atrocious, and something I myself have had to deal with.

Why should the consumer ever be forced to jump through hoops to get something that they OWN to do what it should do out of the box? I didn't pay for a license, I paid for the device itself, far more than it costs them to Manufacture.
