That's probably because you are running Netflix in Google Chrom. The streams are 720P (1280x720) and hava a lower level of DRM. Only Microsoft Edge and natives apps are providing the highest definition available. You can see the stats

I usually prefer to do a Middle-Mouse wheel click drag to scroll a page. It's smooth and doesn't need a lot of mouse mouvements.

In Montréal, Canada, we have the Réseau Express Vélo (REV). They are uni-directional bike paths that are 3 meters wide. They easily allow 3 cyclists to be side by side.
