Have you wife installed that application or any spam blocking app?
It basically forward spam call to that number. Maybe a bug or something happened when you deleted the app and the calls were still forwarding after the deletion.

- arprocter 5y agoYeah, I helped someone with this problem a few weeks back. From what Verizon told me, it seems like an app somehow enabled *72 - any call that came in when the line was already in use or went to voicemail was redirected to a Dakota number. Dialing *73 disabled the forward and put things back to normal.
