To piggy back on your comment... Free markets only exist because of regulation. It's regulation that allows actors to participate in good faith, and not get smoked by the huge whales and owners of exchanges, etc.

The law should not govern or restrict younger people ( age 18 or below ) from using a website.... instead, it should explicitly prohibit a website from TARGETING or allowing an 18 or younger to use it. The Onus is on the website, not the us
